1. About Hair by Emily

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Hair by Emily, located at Whitestone, Nuneaton, CV11 6LZ. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

All bookings are subject to review and confirmation by Emily. Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.

2. Patch Tests

All colour and tinting services require a skin test at least 48 hours before your appointment. Your colour/tinting appointment is not confirmed until a valid skin test has been performed.

For accurate quotes on certain services, an in-depth consultation may be required.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand plans can change. Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in you being asked to pay a deposit for future bookings or being unable to book future appointments.

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service to avoid delays for other clients. The full service price still applies.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the end of your appointment.

I accept cash, card, and bank transfer.

Prices are subject to change. Current prices can be confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Service Satisfaction and Adjustments

I take pride in my work and want you to love your results. If you're not completely satisfied, please let me know within 7 days of your appointment.

I may offer a complimentary adjustment or correction of your original appointment if needed.

Refunds are not routinely offered for completed services and are only considered in exceptional circumstances at my discretion.

6. Important Service Information

Results may be affected by previous chemical treatments, hair condition, or undisclosed hair history. Please be honest about your hair history during consultation.

I cannot guarantee exact colour matches or results if aftercare advice is not followed.

Any damage or dissatisfaction arising from failure to follow professional aftercare advice is not my responsibility.

7. Health and Safety

Please inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your service.

I maintain high standards of hygiene and safety. I please ask that you reschedule if you are unwell.

We reserve the right to refuse service if i believe it may cause harm or if hair/scalp conditions are present that require medical attention.

8. Your Information

Any personal information you provide is used only for booking purposes and to provide our services.

We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

You can request to see or delete your information at any time by contacting us.

9. General Terms

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Current terms will be available during the booking process.
